   Gella has finished a scheduled service check of one of our oldest large installed systems — the winch complex in the Kremlin State Palace. Servos drives have been actively in use for over 12 years. The service check showed the excellent state of the mechanics. Substitution of tooth belts, cables and limit switches was recommended due to old age. Photos can be found in our Instagram

  Working in the 3D-mode is now possible with the new version of our installation winches. Lower altitude adjustment speed and increased torque allows for more comfortable microphone group positioning for recording purposes. The cable now works more stably at the extreme angles - up to 90 degrees when used with vane rollers. The group mode is preserved in the basic version of the winch as well.

Liftmaster 3D platform section has been added to our website due to the high demand.

  Recommended prices list for the distribution in the UK is now available on demand.

  Work has begun on a new budget version of the concentric coil winch. The new version will retain all the main functionality of the basic version with just a minor positioning precision decrease. The same solution has already been used in our combo-winches and proved successful. A simpler design and the reduced prices will allow the Liftmaster winches to be used in the less expensive installations and in places where they couldn’t be used before, as well as increase the number of connecting points. The finalized design will be presented in the beginning of 2018.

  Now the microphone winches of the Liftmaster family can be connected in groups as a stereo-pair or a multichannel recording platform. This allows the user to relocate planks and microphone platforms in 3D space within the lifts installation area.

   Since 2017, all cable winches will be supplied with an additional hardware parking sensor for preventing the device from reaching the cable critical angle positions.

  The new generation Liftmaster cable microphone winches can be supplied with an optional cable rotation servo.

   This feature allows to point hanging directional microphones with a spring steel clamp in the horizontal plane (300°). The servo can be connected to the winch with a 6mm, 5mm or 3mm cable.

  Liftmaster winches have lifetime technical support. In 2011, the positioning accuracy of the winches was improved from 5 or 10 cm to +/- 1cm which opened up the possibility of working with the phase-correcting virtual acoustics systems. We also significantly modified the main servos construction and ballistics.

   The company has positive experience with upgrading older versions of the winches according to our newer developments. The appropriate sets of details and circuit boards are available for almost every modification. This allows us to integrate the existing winches with newer complexes without losing functionality.

   In 2016, we developed a coding system which provides precise modification descriptions for the entire line of our hatches and panels. The project-design process is now standardized, and the installation can be done using the dimensional and technological templates.
